Those numbers don't seem unreasonable, and would not be a horrible fall-off for Justin or the Tigers.
The two items that pissed me off in Tom Verducci's article about players having bad years after having inning totals increase were:
a. his arbitrary use of 30-innings pitched increase (over the prior season) as THE measuring stick for gaging if pitchers are likely to become injured / have a poor season. A 30-inning increase just isn't much over the course of a season. - Verlander had a 77-inning increase, which is quite high. I could see an argument (though I personally don't buy it) for Verlander to be considered an injury/fatigue risk.
b. the use of Jeremy Bonderman as a high-risk example. Jeremy has pitched 4 full seasons without missing a start due to injury or fatigue. He only went over the mythical 30-inning increase threshold because he had 3 starts in the post-season - and all of those came with at least a week's worth of rest. I do not believe for an instant that should Jeremy get hurt or pitch poorly that it has anything to do with starting a few extra games in October.
Sorry for the length of this post.
