I was all prepared to go with Roger Clemens, but then remembered he had no decisions in the '86 series.

According to the Hall of Fame site, the answer is James Alvin Palmer, who scored victories in the 1966 (Game 2), 1970 (Game 1), 1971 (Game 2), and 1983 (Game 3) World Series. The '83 win was a relief appearance; the others were starts.
