I cannot believe I am writing this, but that team is loaded with pitching.
Looking at the list of likely pitchers for next year, and the lack of open spots, it is easy to see why they dealt Humberto Sanchez.

Man, I don't want to give up Colon, but I can't imagine giving up Grilli or Ledezma to preserve his spot. This may be the team to disprove that Connie Mack aphorism (given either as "You can never have too much pitching" or "There's no such thing as too much pitching", though I can't find the exact quote, or even if Mack actually said it.)
The above article also mentions that Neifi Perez may refuse a minor league assignment if one is given. I don't have a punchline; that statement is funny enough in itself.
