I am in Detoilet this weekend staying at the swanky DAC for a wedding, 300 am on my b-day I get jumped on the 5th floor outside my room and get absolutely pummelled. Concussion, bruised head and face, bruised ribs, etc but was Suga around nope!!!! F Suga. The worst part of the whole thing is I am checking out of the DAC after the police report etc but before I got to the ER and the head of the DAC has two mafia looking guys escort me up to his office to basically make sure that I am not going to sue them and the kicker is why don't we take you down to the dining room for some breakfast on us. F them!! True story no DBS folk lore!!!

Rumor has it they found a half-eaten danish in the hallway. Can you confirm this?

No truth to that rumor at all. The police are investigating an empty bottle of bourbon, a half smoked cuban cigar and a championship ring from North Dallas that were all found at the scene. They are also looking into a room at the DAC that was registered to one Herman G. Ruth.

I was in court for the pre-trial last week and they bound it over for trial. Funny thing is that his step dad is his lawyer and this is the first time I have seen him since the assault. His step dad walks right in front of me and he all of about 5'8" and 200 at the age of about 60 and tries to stare me down. It took all I could muster not to laugh at the guy. Man is he a dirt bag. More so completely sober. His step dad wanted all charges dropped so there wouldn't be a record for him and suggested that he should be pressing charges since there was really no evidence other then both of our words. So prosecutor asked me do I want to drop the charges since it is all heresay evidence. I said I have pictures. So I showed him the pics and then he showed the other lawyer the pics and I loved the look of crap we are screwed that went over his face. Trial is sometime in March if anyone wants to watch Detroits finest parade in front of a judge. That was worth going down for right there.
